One of the important cities in Canada is the Burnaby which is situated in the British Columbia, a province lying in the west known for the beauty and charm nature has endowed on it. It is called the British Columbia because it was named by Queen Victoria during the 1800s. Burnaby is the third most populous city of this province.
The Burnaby was given the status of a city during the earl 1990s. The city itself has a lot of charming places to explore as it lies in a geographical region which endows it with beautiful locations such as lakes, parks, creeks and similar others. It should be noted that this has many lakes in it which are serene and calm making them ideal locations for a peaceful stroll.

The demographics of the city show that the city has a lot of ethnic groups in it. It is a mixture of many cultures and people who live in perfect harmony with each other. The economy is heavily dependent on the technology firms which are based here. Some of them are quite famous like the Electronic Arts, Creo and similar firms.
